- Articles for publication, sent to the editorial, should correspond to the topics of the magazine, the rules of registration and the requirements determined by editorial of the magazine, which can be found on the website of the magazine.
- With the accordance of profile of the scientific article to the topic of the magazine, the articles is accepting and sending for reviewing. In the case of non-compliance article is rejected without further review.
- The accuracy of formatting of incoming articles and their quality is evaluated by the chief editor. The decision of sending the articles for reviewing is also taking by chief editor.
- The editorial staff reviews all incoming scientific articles, corresponding to the topic, to conduct to scientific assessment. Reviewers are acting as members of the board and invited specialists. All reviewers are acknowledged experts on the subject of scientific-assessed material and had publication on the scientific-assessed articles within the last 3 years.
- The review should disclose the relevance of the article, the degree of scientific novelty of the study. The reviewer makes a conclusion about the possibility of publishing of the article based on correcting observations noted by the reviewer.
- If the reviewer has corrections to the work, then it is sent to the authors for revision and correction. The deadline for correction is no more than one month.
- Articles, not recommended for publication by the reviewer, are not accepted for re-consideration.
- Do not be accepted for publication articles which are not designed properly, when the authors do not respond to comments from reviewer and refuse from technical revision of the articles.
- If review of the article is positive it is preparing for publication and the author is informed about the terms of publication in the magazine.
- The editorial board sends to the authors of submitted materials the copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal, and undertakes obligation to send copies of reviews in the Ministry of Education and Science after receiving the corresponding request.
- Reviews are keeping by the magazine editorial for five years.
