Проведен анализ современных требований к качеству соевого шрота и показана актуальность разработки нового отечественного стандарта на соевый шрот кормовой тостированный. В новом ГОСТ Р 53799-2010 впервые предусмотрена классификация соевого шрота по 6 маркам в зависимости от содержания сырого протеина, сырой клетчатки и сырого жира.
Ключевые слова: тостированный соевый шрот, содержание сырого протеина, активность уреазы, растворимый протеин, концентрат соевого белка.
Modern requirements to quality parameters of soybean meal are analyzed and the necessity of development of new Russian standard for toasted soybean meal as livestock feed is shown. For the first time new GOST R 53799-2010 classifies soybean meal as 6 different types depending on content of crude protein, crude fiber and fat.
